Terms & Conditions

Here's the deal. We fix your glass. You pay us. Let's keep it simple.
Services
Anto Auto Glass provides mobile and in-shop auto glass repair, replacement, and ADAS calibration services in Headingley, Winnipeg, and surrounding areas in Manitoba.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted based on your vehicle, the type of glass, and whether ADAS calibration is required.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Payment is due when the job is completed.
- We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit cards.
- If you're paying through MPI insurance, you'll pay your deductible (usually $50-$100) and we'll handle the rest with your insurer.
Scheduling & Cancellations
- We'll do our best to schedule your service within 1-2 business days.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We get it—life happens. Just let us know.
- If you no-show for a scheduled mobile appointment without notice, we reserve the right to charge a $50 trip fee.
Mobile Service
- For mobile jobs, we need a safe, level surface to work on (your driveway, parking lot, etc.).
- In extreme weather (like -35°C or a blizzard), we may need to reschedule or complete the job indoors at our shop or your heated garage.
- You (or someone you authorize) need to be present for mobile service so we can return keys and collect payment.
Warranty
- We warranty our workmanship. If the glass leaks, if the installation isn't right, or if there's an issue with the calibration—call us. We'll come back and fix it free.
- Glass itself is warrantied against manufacturer defects. If the new glass randomly cracks or delaminates for no reason, we'll replace it.
- Warranty does NOT cover new damage (you hit another rock, you got vandalized again, etc.). That's a new claim.
ADAS Calibration
- After we replace your windshield and calibrate your ADAS system, we'll test it to make sure it's working.
- It's YOUR responsibility to verify the system is functioning properly when you drive away. If any warning lights come on or the system isn't working right, call us immediately and we'll recalibrate it.
- We're not responsible if you ignore warning lights and keep driving for two weeks before calling us.
Insurance Claims (MPI)
- If you're filing a glass claim through Manitoba Public Insurance, we'll handle the paperwork on your behalf.
- You authorize us to act as your representative with MPI for the purposes of the glass claim.
- Your deductible is due at the time of service.
- If MPI denies your claim for any reason (e.g., you didn't have glass coverage, the claim was improperly filed), you're responsible for the full cost of the service.
Limitation of Liability
We're an auto glass shop. We fix glass. We're not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to your vehicle that we didn't cause
- Issues with your vehicle that aren't related to the glass
- Lost wages, missed appointments, or other indirect costs if something goes wrong
- Damage caused by improper use of your vehicle after service
Disputes
If something goes wrong and you're not happy, call us first. Let's fix it. We're reasonable people. If we can't work it out and it comes to legal action, disputes will be handled under the laws of the Province of Manitoba.
