Hi, I'm Harley.
I grew up in Headingley. Literally down the road from where our shop is now on Ellen Louise Drive. I've been elbow-deep in auto glass for over 10 years—first working for the big corporate shops, then figuring out I could do it better on my own.
Here's the thing nobody tells you about the auto glass business: most shops treat you like a number. You call, they put you on hold, they tell you to drive your car in (even though you got a crack the size of the Red River running across your windshield), and then they make you sit in a waiting room that smells like burnt coffee and regret for three hours.
I hated that. My customers hated that. So I bought a truck, got the gear, and started doing it my way.
